The FCC has cleared the HTC Census, again. The device is a Windows Mobile smart phone. Only without the phone part. It is a device that supports EV-DO and WiFi. It is not meant to be a consumer device. It is only meant to do one thing, and that is conduct a census.

Burry leaked documents pertaining HTC's Raphael and Diamond phone points to Sprint as the carrier. Don't hold your breath for the Android powered Dream phone at HTC's May 6 gathering. Check out the three devices clumped together with all the other HTC phones. Aren’t they htclicious? From what I can tell, the first and last phone seems to be the same device except one is opened and the other is closed.
